We all are looking to get fit and healthy right? We either want to look good, feel good or both! I have recently done a bit of research as I really want to lead a healthier life. Smiling can boost your mental and physical health. Make sure you try and smile as much as you can to make you happy.

Mindset is everything! By recognising negative patterns and changing them into positives, will create a healthy environment for you to live in, creating a healthier lifestyle.

8. GET SUNLIGHT EVERYDAY
